Our Philosophy

Our nutrition philosophy is simple – fresh, wholesome, organic and Paleo-friendly.

We believe in a Paleo philosophy, eating foods as close to their natural state as possible. Our menu offers up plenty of high protein dishes, moderate in healthy fats, low in carbs and free from gluten! In fact, every item in our 100% gluten-free kitchen is made from scratch, it’s home-made with a flair for gourmet.

We believe in being transparent about every single ingredient we put into our recipes, that’s why we carefully select only the highest, quality ingredients from around the world. We’re so passionate about eating fresh food we even grow our own. We’ve partnered with Ripe Farms to deliver only fresh and local organically grown fruits and vegetables directly from the farm.

You won’t find any additives, or preservatives and no refined or processed ingredients either.

Everything is fresh, local, and made to order by our passionate team of chefs. You won’t find anything unnatural about our ingredients or our recipes. Each menu item will deliver nutrients to help invigorate and nourish the body with exactly what it needs – vitamins, minerals, enzymes and antioxidants. We’re conscious about using fresh, natural foods for passionate foodies that inspire palates, nourish our bodies and help us live healthier, happier lives.
